Allison's Apple, Carrot & Banana Cupcakes
125g butter softened
150g caster sugar
340 grams of sr flour
1.5 teaspoons of bicarbonate soda
3 tablespoons of milk
2 eggs
1 medium carrot grated
1 green apple chopped
3 banana chopped
Mix all ingredients till well combined

Bake in cupcakes or loaf tin in preheated 180 degree oven until done
Icing
Cream cheese 250g
1 lemon juiced
115g of icing sugar
Combine cream cheese and icing sugar and add lemon so it's easy to spread.
